Legendary Sixties club The Scotch reopened to rave fanfare yet remained very much under the radar, tucked away down a back street in St James. Having formerly played host to iconic bands and musicians like the Stones and Hendrix, the relaunch aims to rekindle the excitement whilst staying true to its rock roots. With an exclusive, discreet members' club feel this sexy proposition boasts oak panelled walls and velvet sofas juxtaposed with LED lighting and a country lodge style stag's head holding court over the debauchery. With live music nights being held in the basement featuring both established and rising bands, the venue is permeated with an edgy, rock vibe, from its trendy, A-list crowd through to the drinks menu. With Kate Moss, Rosamund Pike and Sam Taylor-Wood already spotted there entry will be strictly for only exalted few.
