Originally founded in 1863 by a small group of friends including Dickens and Trollope - the Arts Club drew in members like Tennyson, Monet, Manet, Rodin and Winston Churchill soon after. The current cavalry of staff will include Mark Ronson as Musical Director and Raphael Duntoye of La Petite Maison as Chef Director. The stunningly executed Club occupies a sprawling Mayfair townhouse complete with a spacious brasserie restaurant, verdant garden, smokers terrace, drawing rooms, an amply stocked and heroically helmed bar, basement live music club room and a contemporary art collection that would give leading galleries a run for their money.
