Nightlife impresario Gerry Calabrese has metamorphosed what was formerly the Cottontail Lounge into a veritable pleasuredome of bygone opulence in The Playboy Casino. Baroque has exhumed the Hollywood extravagances of years' past to devastating effect. Order a Champagne tower and watch the spectacle unfold from the comfort of a Louis XIV chair. Treat yourself to palate-bending molecular mixology in a vintage coupette or devastate your current account with a rare Champagne, such as a Salon 1964 or Dom Perignon 1971. Entertainment at Baroque is firing on all cylinders with a live in-house band performing nightly, resident DJs such as Adam Ficek from Babyshambles, and guest performances from the likes of Mark Ronson, Delilah and James Blake. The battle for primacy in Mayfair's club scene is heating up and Baroque is already proving itself as a force to be reckoned with.
