Suka at the Sanderson is a sexy little restaurant with clean lines and a terraced bar that serves delicious cocktails alongside smaller, sharing-sized Malaysian dishes. Set on the ground floor of the achingly hip Sanderson, the restaurant is usually populated by a great-looking West End crowd. If you're not big on Malaysian this restaurant may change your mind. New York chef Zak Pelaccio has updated traditional favourites like beef rendang and lemongrass sea bass with a contemporary twist. We recommend their standout dish of sliced steak with spiced onion salad, shaved pickled garlic and chilli jus. They have an incredible al fresco dining area and for preprandials or post-dinner debauchery investigate the billiards room, the Long Bar or the Purple bar on the same floor, both ooze cool like a refrigerator with a Freon leak.
