Quo Vadis - Soho, London

Whilst already a key Soho destination for those in the know, members club Quo Vadis has recently experienced a major upswing in glamour points with the opening of the QV Bar and the relaunch of the restaurant. Their sophisticated and grown up design allows the food to do the talking, and boy does it talk. Brothers Sam and Eddie Hart have imported something very valuable aside from high-quality claret to their kitchens in the form of Jeremy Lee. Previously of the critically-acclaimed Blueprint Café, Lee has brought his much-loved, unfussy cuisine to Quo Vadis, an event the Hart Brothers, complemented with a refit of the bar and restaurant. The menu will change daily according to the seasonal, sustainable produce which Jeremy has on offer, but diners can expect to see items along the lines of salt mallard and beetroot salad; ox liver, onions and sage or hake, clams, leeks and fennel.
