Novikov - Mayfair, London

Russia's most famous and successful restaurateur Arkady Novikov has made his first international splash on Mayfair's Berkeley Street and the effect is fantastic. His eponymous dining concept comprises of a stylish bar, a pan Asian and an Italian Restaurant. Each space has its own design identity: the bar utilizes cool granite, ebony and jade to create a space to drink that is awash in opulence; the Asian Restaurant serves aromatic duck and seafood from an open kitchen amongst a dining room created with natural materials such as cracked stone and bamboo, while the Italian Trattoria features a massive wood-fired oven along with handmade tiles, suede wall paneling and dramatic chandeliers.
