Situated magisterially on the tenth floor of the Royal Gardens Hotel, Min Jiang offers its diners eagle-eyrie vistas of Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens and food fit for a Ming Emperor. The dining room juxtaposes clean white and dark blue Chinese vases against contemporary red walls to a devastating effect. The food is classic traditional cuisine with a wood-fired Beijing roast duck being their milestone dish (for which advance orders are necessary) brought to you in two servings with seven different serving options for your second course. Don't be shocked if you run into a celebrated face at this restaurant.
