Galvin at Windows is a multi award winning restaurant located on the 28th floor of the Park Lane Hilton in Mayfair and lays claim to wonderful vistas of London landmarks like Buckingham Palace, the London Eye and across Hyde Park to Kensington Gardens. The design scheme is subtly sophisticated, quiet colours direct the diners attention to the haute-cuisine French food, which lives up to its many accolades.

You'll be lavished with dishes like a ballotine of pork served with crispy trotter and a dollop of pickled apple and mustard or the supremely delicious braised turbot served with oysters, linguine and an oyster/wasabi veloute. Galvin has a very competent team of sommeliers making sure the wine menu represents the best of the best - Galvin at Windows is a great opportunity to spoil someone, don't pass it up!
