Corrigan's Mayfair is a restaurant at the top of its game. While located on an address evocative of supercars, supermodels and supernatural wealth it values provenance over appearance and offers the discerning diner hearty Irish haute-cuisine. Rich leather and dark wood, white linen and silver service trolleys are counterbalanced by a mahogany bar to create a traditional atmosphere that is far from stuffy. The food is quite simply exquisite. Starters like poached oysters served with suckling pig salsify and pickled oysters occupy the menu alongside mains like the roast loin of hare in a coarse terrine and elegantly fine parfait. Corrigan's is the ideal restaurant to enjoy nature's most delicious offerings in London's most glamorous neighbourhood.
