There are all sorts of specialist national bars and restaurants in the Capital but Peruvian was until now always somehow been overlooked. As the name suggests Ceviche concentrates on Peru's classic dish and aims to deliver the finest example outside South America whilst being laid-back, fuss-free, and a little bit cheeky! So if you fancy a change from ever-present sushi this lime marinated raw revolution (with a touch of chilli) may be of interest. The bar also packs a punch and staying on trend it will be serving nothing but Peruvian Pisco Sour and Pisco Punch (Mojito aren't a million miles from there so don't be afraid to try it!).
