Brasserie Zédel - Soho, London

Corbin and King continue to do what they do best, bringing a little slice of Paris to London, this time in the historic Grill Room of what was formerly the Regent Palace Hotel. Following the wild success of The Delaunay and London's culinary landmark The Wolseley, they've opened their third London installation, which is drenched in art deco opulence and incorporates four different venues: Brasserie Zédel, which will serve delicious dishes like choucroute de la mer and steak haché; The Crazy Coqs, a live entertainment space; Bar Américain, a classic cocktail bar; and a street level coffee and wine bar named ZL Café. The cuisine cleaves to the French and Alsatian influences that have won Corbin and King such a devoted following with a very affordably priced menu.
