Beaufort House brasserie prides itself on doing simple dishes perfectly and their craftwork is apparent in the bold flavours of their game and seafood with selections like roast chateaubriand with potato dauphinoise, steamed spinach and bonemarrow gravy or roast Cornish brill with celeriac puree, braised endive, pickled grapes, baby girolles and chicken jus.
