Brindisa may have won the crown as the tapas titan of London's culinary scene, but they aren't resting on their laurels. Their newest outpost in Shoreditch looks poised to entice and enthral Hoxtonite hipsters with a Spanish Mediterranean informed menu being served from behind an interminable dining counter. Brindisa Tramontana (Spanish for 'wind') draws inspiration from the Catalan and Levantine coasts and the Balearic Islands. Cava will have pride of place on the wine list, and rice will be cooked from scratch throughout lunch and dinner - with diners notified of its completion by the ringing of cowbell. Want more rice? Just yell "more cowbell!"
