Brazilian/Peruvian/Japanese restaurant SushiSamba surmounted various records when it opened its lift doors to the public this week. Featuring the highest al fresco dining by a long shot (former bragging rights belonged to the Oxo Tower), it's also the highest restaurant in London - and will be serving a moreish melange of dishes including anticuchos (Brazilians skewered meats), tiraditos (Peruvian-style sashimi), ceviche wagyu sliders, tasty tempura, incredible sushi and char-grilled meat and fish from the robata. The dining room is of a stunning design fusing the natural beauty of arched bamboo with the industrial appeal of hanging exposed filament lights. For a breath of fresh air, repair to the outdoor bar terrace for amazing cocktails like the Shiso Fine and Chu-Cumber. We can promise you that you will be torn between both the views and the victuals when experiencing this next-level venue.
