Roka on Charlotte Street is part of the same stable as Dover Street Arts Club, Zuma and La Petite Maison and features the same professionalism and high quality cuisine that has become their trademark. The room is dominated by a charcoal-fired robata grill and offset with warm, golden honeycomb walls. The food spans various sectors of Japanese cuisine. Obviously, the robata gets pride of place with seafood, poultry and meat grilled to perfection. Alternatively, opt for sushi or sashimi or one of the more material mains like the rice hot pot with king crab and wasabi tobiko or the black cod, crab and crayfish dumpling.  Sake features prominently on the wine list with plenty of room for more Western offerings.
