Taking fine dining to new heights, Duck & Waffle recently opened on the 40th floor of the Heron Tower and its aspirations are suitably lofty - they'll be serving Modern British and European cuisine 24 hours a day with breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and late night menus. Helmed by Chef Daniel Doherty of The Old Brewery and Roux Fine Dining, the kitchen will be cooking up devilishly delicious dishes ranging from a foie gras 'all day breakfast' to an Old Spot pork pie served with smoked quail egg to roasted Galloway veal marrow bones with ox cheek marmalade, pickled girolles and parsley. With all of these aspects tied together, we're confident that Duck & Waffle will establish itself as a dining experience miles removed from the ordinary.
