If perfect poultry ruffles your feathers, come home to roost at Chicken Shop, where you won't have to spend your nest egg to enjoy a delicious, rotisserie-roasted bird. Mixed metaphors aside, the plan for Chicken Shop was hatched (sorry, one more!) by the Soho House Group founder and CEO Nick Jones. Free-range chickens sourced from Banham's farm in Norfolk are marinated overnight, steamed to lock in flavour and finished on the rotisserie for a crisp exterior. You can order it by the quarter, half or whole - mate them with sides like coleslaw, triple-cooked chips or corn on the cob, and degustate amongst the cool 1950s American general store decor. Shake a tailfeather and give it a try!
