The Langham's Spa can be entered by its own, separate entrance on Regent Street, and, once inside, guests will feel ages away from the hustle of the street. Drawing on the millennial old tradition of Chinese medicine, the Chuan Spa will offer each guest the ultimate relaxation through an individually planned holistic journey with therapies designed to rebalance and revitalise the body and soul. 

Prior to commencing the spa treatment, guests are invited to luxuriate in the Vitality Pool, sauna or steam room before donning a free-fitting roll and relaxing in the spa therapy area with fruit and water. The treatments are custom-fitted to one's character and administered in dark, high-spec rooms that lend themselves to complete tranquillity. 

The Chuan Health Spa is located on the lower ground floor of the building and boasts a fully-equipped fitness studio outfitted with a full suite of TechnoGym equipment, a large selection of free weights and accessories, plasma televisions, cardiovascular machines and experienced personal trainers. The 16-metre indoor pool is situated in what was formerly a bank vault and is eerily beautiful, exuding a cool blue glow.
