As part of our lifestyle offering, we‘re happy to team up with rising London-based shoemaker Sons of London, who have created five timeless styles to suit the modern urbanite. Spearheaded by former City professional Sepand Oboudiyat, the brand draws inspiration from the traditionalism of Savile Row and the craftsmanship of Italian artisans , combining them with an innovative/modern online business model to deliver unprecedented value. There are five styles of ‘Son‘, including Oxfords, Chelsea Boots, Brogues and Double Monkstraps, all of which are the same quality that you‘d expect to find from London or Northampton, the difference being that by selling directly online to their customers they can do so at around half the price: the shoes run at £180 whilst the boots are £200. Sons of London use the same premium Italian leathers and artisan construction methods used by other luxury brands. Their second-generation family owned workshop is located in Italy‘s Le Marche region, which is touted as one of the finest historical regions for making footwear. Every one of their 16 master craftspeople is an expert in their particular stage of the shoe making process, bringing over 300 years of combined shoemaking experience.
