For any amongst you who trade for an international conglomerate just begging to be expensed or simply have canyon-deep pockets, there‘s a pop-up (and we mean pop-up) dining experience that really is a cut above the rest: The EDF Energy London Eye is playing host to a series of dinners throughout the summer, giving you the opportunity to entertain from one of nation‘s most internationally-recognised landmarks. Guests are to be lavished with a champagne reception at the traditionally British Marriott County Hall before boarding the London Eye for the three-course meal of a lifetime. During each revolution of the wheel, diners will enjoy a course prepared by rhubarb food design company matched with their preference of fine wine. Dishes like Cornish crab tian with hot smoked salmon served with a horseradish mousse are served with military precision by the extremely attentive and well-trained staff members. On the third rotation, after the dessert is finished, the sun has set and the cityscape is luminous, diners will enjoy a tranquil pause to absorb the views and enjoy a glass of fizz. The cost for this magical experience? £5000 for a table of eight.
