Suka at Sanderson - Removed from website June 2015 (closed) - 29/10/2011 - 31/10/2011
Popping up next to The Sanderson’s interminably cool Long Bar, Suka will be launching a Street Food menu for a limited time only that draws inspiration from Malaysian culinary capitals Kuala Lumpur, Penang and Tawau. Glamorous gluttons will be treated to a variety of great value dishes that won’t disappoint. Highlights from the menu include Itik wonton soup, a Chinese-influenced soup of duck dumplings, shitake mushrooms, spring onions and baby bock choi in a delicious duck broth; or the Kapitan Kambing, a Portuguese influenced spicy lamb with coconut curry and baby potatoes. Catch it while you can.
