Social bastion of Berkeley Square Morton’s will be summoning the spirit of Victorian London with their spooky ‘Devilish Dickens’ evening on Saturday 29th October. However, austerity will be the last thing on the menu at their restaurant (‘Workhouse Gruel’) as guests will be invited to imbibe a glass of bubbles on arrival as well as a devilish five-course meal.
Alternatively whet your appetite with a creepy preprandial cocktail at the bar downstairs. Morton’s will be transmogrified into a hellish Dickensian workhouse complete with ladies of the night (girl group High on Heels), tricksters, snake charmers and fortune tellers! At midnight debauchery will descend as tables are pushed back and guests are invited to dance in the dining room while DJs take to the decks and diners will be able to invite one guest each.
